Agreement to Terms

By accessing safijx.com or participating in the Safijx Network directory, you enter into a legally binding contract with Safijx Network. These terms apply to all visitors, service providers, and registered members. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately cease use of our platform and directory services.

Our platform operates strictly as a gateway for professional service providers in Malaysia. We do not facilitate any exchange involving high-risk sectors or restricted professional categories that fall outside the scope of physical service networking.

Ecosystem Access & Eligibility

To utilize our networking tools, users must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to conduct business in Malaysia. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and verifiable business credentials.

Identity Verification: We reserve the right to audit business listings to ensure they represent legitimate physical service operations.
Security: Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their profile.

Content Authority & Intellectual Property

All branding, proprietary algorithms, directory structures, and UI elements on safijx.com are the exclusive property of Safijx Network. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the directory for networking purposes.

User Submissions: By listing your service on our network, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your business information across our ecosystem to facilitate networking opportunities. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all media and data uploaded to your profile.

Liability, Scope & Disclaimers

Safijx Network acts as a networking facilitator. We do not provide the services listed in our directory, nor do we act as an agent for any registered provider. Contracts formed between users of this platform are strictly private between those parties.

Notice of Risk

"The services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Safijx Network shall not be held liable for business losses, professional disputes, or any consequential damages arising from the use of our directory."

Under no circumstances shall our network be used to promote high-risk professional services, speculative ventures, or non-verified businesses. We maintain a strict policy against unauthorized professional categories.

Termination and Disputes

We reserve the authority to suspend or terminate access to the Safijx Network at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of service capabilities or fraudulent activity.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
